Hairline design based on age, facial structure and the future course of hair loss. Every hairline is drawn by hand before surgery begins.
Advanced FUE hair transplantation
Algorithmic FUE™ extraction with Sapphire channel creation and single-surgeon implantation. Graft survival optimised at every stage.
Corrective hair transplantation
Repair of previous procedures — pluggy hairlines, overharvested donors, poorly designed results. Among the most technically demanding work in the field.
Afro hair transplantation
Curved punch extraction adapted to the follicular structure of tightly coiled hair. Refined technique minimising transection while preserving natural curl pattern.
Advanced hair loss cases
Norwood V–VII cases requiring strategic donor management. Referred cases from patients declined elsewhere due to complexity.

What the single-case model means for patients
Every patient who arrives at Hairmedico Istanbul receives the surgeon's undivided attention from arrival to departure. There is no parallel case running in an adjacent theatre. Every extraction, every channel, every implantation is performed or directly supervised by Dr. Musbeh.
This model is standard in private surgical practice in Western Europe and North America. It is not the norm in the high-volume hair transplant industry, where the economics require multiple simultaneous cases.
International patients
The majority of patients travel from France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany and the Gulf states. International patients typically arrive the day before surgery for a final in-person consultation and hairline design session.
